Contributor Terms

Thank you for your interest in writing for Noble Media Network. We are a purpose-driven, faith-based media platform that shares content designed to uplift, inform, and inspire. If you believe your writing aligns with our mission, we welcome you to express interest in becoming a contributor.

We currently accept content across the following categories:

• Blogs
• Editorials
• News-style articles

To Move Forward, Authors Must Submit:

• A high-quality photo to be used on your author profile (if approved)
• How many articles you’d like to contribute per month
• When you’re able to begin submitting content
• A link to at least one of your active social media pages
• 2–3 article topic ideas you’d like to write

If you’re submitting content as a certified or licensed professional in a sensitive or regulated area — such as health, medical, mental wellness, financial advice, or legal content — you must also include proof of qualification. This can be:

• An uploaded certificate
• A link to your official website or LinkedIn profile showcasing your certification or portfolio

If your article is based on personal insight, general information, or publicly known educational knowledge, no certification is required.

If approved, you will be informed via email.

Submission & Review Process

• Article topic ideas will be reviewed and confirmed within 2–3 business days
• Once approved, you may begin writing and upload your article
• Articles must be submitted in PDF format via Google Drive
• Each article must be a minimum of 700–800 words
• Minor edits may be made for consistency, formatting, and clarity, while maintaining your authentic voice
• If a submission contains excessive grammatical issues, incorrect information, or structural problems, it will be returned to the writer for correction before publication
• If your article is approved, it will be scheduled for publication

Writers Receive:

• Full author credit
• A featured author profile on our website
• A dedicated Instagram post with a collaboration tag, so it appears on your profile as well

Contributor Guidelines

• Articles must be original, plagiarism-free, and in alignment with Noble Media Network’s mission and values
• We do not accept content that includes:
  • Hate speech
  • Divisive rhetoric
  • Personal attacks
  • Anything that contradicts our spiritual or ethical standards
• All references, data, or quotes must be properly credited
• While this is not a paid role, contributors retain full credit for their work and may use published articles in portfolios or professional profiles
• We reserve the right to:
  • Decline any submission that does not meet our standards
  • Remove or unpublish a contributor’s work if their actions, conduct, or affiliations could tarnish the moral, ethical, or editorial integrity of Noble Media Network
  • Discontinue featuring any contributor or their content at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to our editorial needs and at our own discretion.
• While we provide a platform for writers to be published and gain exposure, we do not guarantee that being featured on our platform will result in monetary or other benefits.
• Contributors participate on a voluntary basis and are not employees, contractors, or representatives of Noble Media Network. No compensation, benefits, or employment rights are associated with this role.
• Contributor application submissions constitute acceptance of the entirety of these terms.

Content License

By submitting content to Noble Media Network, contributors grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, edit, share, and promote the submitted work across our platforms (website, social media, email, and other marketing materials). This license includes the right to archive or reference the work for editorial or promotional purposes, even if the contributor is no longer active.

Originality & Copyright

Contributors must ensure that all submitted content is original, does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights, and has not been previously published elsewhere without proper disclosure. Noble Media Network will not be held liable for any claims arising from the unauthorized use of third-party content.

Indemnification

Contributors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Media Network and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the content they submit or from any breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved under Jamaican jurisdiction.

Terms & Revisions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued contributor submissions following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
