Additional Information on Repurposing Promotions and Deadlines

1. Campaign Initiation
A campaign or promotion is considered underway once any payment has been received. Prior to payment, inquiries about services do not constitute an active campaign.

2. Promotion Repurposing
Clients may request a repurpose of a promotion under the following conditions:

  • Each client is allowed only one repurpose per promotion to ensure streamlined communication and quality service.
  • Clear confirmation of the desired service during initial communications is essential to avoid delays, misunderstandings, or additional charges.
  • Payment for Repurposing:
    • If the repurposed service is higher in cost than the original, additional payment is required. Payment must be received within 48 hours of the repurpose request.
    • If the repurposed service is equal in cost to the original service, the promotion is considered underway once the repurpose request is confirmed.
    • If the repurposed service is lower in cost, no refund will be issued.
  • Release Date Adjustments:
    • All payments and content must be received no less than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled release date for standard service.
    • If the repurpose request and/or payment timing conflicts with the release schedule, the release date will be postponed by a minimum of 2 additional days to ensure proper processing.
  • Reverting to Original Service:
    • Clients who repurpose to a higher-cost service may revert to the original service once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the release date.
    • If reverted, any remaining balance from the higher service can be utilized within 30 days toward services of equal or lesser value. These services cannot exceed the remaining balance.

3. Timing Requirements

  • Standard Service: Payment and content must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled release date.
  • Rush Service: For an additional fee of $2,500 JMD, clients may request expedited processing where payment and content must be received 24 hours before the release date.
  • Special Cases – Show Sponsorships & Interviews:
    • Future interviews and show sponsorships require payment at least 5 days in advance.
    • All related content (e.g., guided questions, images) must be submitted 4 days prior to the scheduled interview.

4. Payment & Content Policy

  • All campaigns, repurposes, or additional services are considered locked once the 48-hour or 24-hour deadline has passed. No changes can be made after this point.
  • Payments not received by the specified deadlines will result in postponed release dates unless a rush service fee is applied.
